Generating Other Types in Bulk

Bulk Create Other Types

Creating Static URLs, vCards, or Plain Text QR Codes in bulk follows the exact same logical flow: Select Type → Choose Bulk Create → Upload CSV → Validate → Generate.

Best Practices for Bulk Generation

  • Design Templates: Always save your preferred QR Code styling as a template first. This allows you to apply your exact brand colors and logos to thousands of codes instantly.
  • Short URL Branding: You can customize the short URLs of Dynamic QR Codes for branding purposes, but never alter them after they have been printed, or the connection will break.
  • vCard Restraint: Only include essential information in vCard QR Codes. Pushing too much data makes the matrix denser and harder for older smartphone cameras to scan.
  • Text Limits: Keep Plain Text QR Codes well under 300 characters to ensure fast, reliable scanning.
  • Check Twice, Print Once: Always check for typos and broken links in your CSV before uploading. This is especially critical for Static QR Codes, as they are hardcoded and cannot be edited after generation.
